Terms of Purchase
General
Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB provides printing services via the internet to its customers in Sweden. Customers may be private individuals, associations, companies, or organizations (collectively referred to as “Customer”). Sales are made through the Åtta.45 Online Store. For orders, purchases, and deliveries made through channels other than Åtta.45’s Online Store, special terms and conditions apply. By completing an order in the Online Store, the Customer accepts the Terms and, where applicable, the processing of personal data in accordance with the Terms. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB reserves the right to retain reference copies as well as legal deposit and archive copies in accordance with ALG 20.
Prices and Fees
Current prices excluding VAT are shown in Åtta.45’s online store at the time of ordering. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. VAT of 25% will be added. A shipping fee of 100 SEK per order applies. The current shipping fee is shown in Åtta.45’s online store at the time of ordering.
Order and Cancellation
Orders can only be placed through Åtta.45’s online store unless a special agreement has been made with Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB. A binding agreement is formed when the Customer completes an order in the online store. Once the Customer has placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The Customer may cancel the order by contacting Åtta.45 at +46 8 55 77 36 00 or ebutiken.support@atta45.c3562.cloudnet.cloud, provided that Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB has not yet started printing the order.
Payment
Payment can be made by invoice or with VISA, MasterCard, or Swish. For invoice payments, the invoice will be sent to the Customer’s registered residential address (private individual) or registered mailing address (company or organization). The payment term is thirty (30) days. In case of late or missed payment, interest on arrears of 2% per month will be charged, along with a fee for a written payment reminder in accordance with the amount specified in the Swedish law (1981:739) on compensation for debt collection costs, or any law that replaces it. A credit check will be performed at the time of purchase, which in some cases involves obtaining a credit report. If a credit report is obtained, a copy will be sent to the Customer.
Card payments are handled by Swedbank Pay.
Delivery
Delivery is considered to occur when the Customer’s order leaves Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB. Delivery is normally carried out by DHL. Available delivery options for the current order are shown in the online store. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB is responsible for the goods during delivery to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the goods when returning them to Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB. If the Customer fails to collect the shipment, refuses to accept it, or if the shipment is returned due to incorrectly registered information, Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB will charge a fee to cover shipping and administrative costs, currently five hundred (500) SEK.
Copyright
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any order and delivery based on the Customer’s original material does not infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. The Customer shall indemnify Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB against any claims from third parties resulting from the fulfillment of the Customer’s order.
Complaints
If Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB has delivered an incorrect or defective service, if the result of the service has been damaged during transport, or if the shipment has been lost in transit, the Customer must submit a written complaint to Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB, who will then handle the complaint. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect or issue was discovered or should have been discovered. The complaint must specify the type of defect. For Customers who are private individuals, the complaint will be assessed in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Services Act (1985:716).
Liability
The Customer is solely responsible for the quality of the original material on which the order is based and its suitability for the service ordered. The Customer acknowledges that there will be a difference in color between what is displayed on screen and the printed version. Apart from what is stated in these Terms and, for Customers who are private individuals, in the Swedish Consumer Services Act, Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB assumes no responsibility for errors, deficiencies, or delays. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB is not liable for either direct or indirect damage. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB reserves the right for any errors in Åtta.45’s online store.
Changes to the Terms
The currently applicable Terms are available in Åtta.45’s online store. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB has the right to change the Terms at its own discretion. However, once the Customer has placed an order, Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB is not entitled to change the conditions for that specific order.
Personal Data Processing
Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB processes name, email, address, and other information provided by the Customer (as a private individual) during registration or ordering. In the case of invoice payments, the personal identity number is also processed. Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB also processes data related to such Customer’s orders and purchases. The purpose of the processing is to fulfill the agreement with the Customer, to provide information, marketing, and personalized offers to the Customer via email or mail, as well as for statistical and business development purposes.
Personal data is processed for as long as the Customer has a relationship with Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB and for a period thereafter, during which the Customer may return with questions or similar matters regarding the order or delivery.
The Customer can notify Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB that their personal data should not be used for marketing purposes. If the Customer wishes to end their relationship with Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB immediately after purchase and delivery, Åtta.45 will… Tryckeri AB will gladly receive information about this. To request correction of incorrect personal data, please contact butiken@atta45.c3562.cloudnet.cloud. The Customer has the right, once per calendar year, to request in writing information regarding the personal data being processed. By accepting the Terms, the Customer who is a private individual gives their consent to Åtta.45. Tryckeri AB’s processing of personal data as described above.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that the visited website requests to store on the Customer’s computer. Cookies are used to give visitors access to various functions, and the information can also be used to track a visitor’s browsing activity. There are different types of cookies. In Åtta.45’s online store, cookies are used that the Customer must allow in order to use Åtta.45’s online store. The Customer agrees to the cookie handling described below by visiting Åtta.45’s online store.
In Åtta.45’s online store, authentication cookies are used to keep track of which users are logged in, and session cookies that store a unique ID for the visit to Åtta.45’s online store. Cookies in Åtta.45’s online store are used to identify the Customer’s shopping cart, save information about the Customer in an order, gather visitor statistics for Åtta.45’s online store, and display advertisements in Åtta.45’s store and on other websites.
The authentication cookie disappears no later than two (2) hours after the browser is closed, unless the visitor has chosen to remain logged in. The session cookie disappears after inactivity or when the browser is closed.
Dispute
Swedish law applies to all services provided and sold by Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB. Any disputes with a Customer who is a legal entity will be settled in a Swedish general court. Any disputes with a Customer who is a private individual will be referred by Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Åtta.45 Tryckeri AB follows ARN’s recommendations.
